No Return & No Refund Policy

All products purchased from our website are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and successfully delivered, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We request customers to review product details, size, and description carefully before placing an order.

Mandatory Opening Video

To avoid false claims and ensure transparency, customers must record a full uncut opening video while opening the parcel.

The video must clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening
• The complete unboxing process
• The product received inside the package

⚠️ Important:
If you do not provide a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any claims regarding missing, wrong, or damaged items.

Damaged or Incorrect Product (Rare Cases)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share the following:

• Full unboxing video
• Clear photos of the product
• Order number

After verification, we may provide a replacement if the claim is valid.

Important Notes

• Claims without an unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
• Edited or cut videos will be rejected.
• We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet our policy conditions.
